Introduction: Stimulated serum C-peptide (sCP) during a mixed meal tolerance test (MMTT) is the gold standard measure of endogenous insulin secretion in Type 1 diabetes (T1D). We would like to report an interesting case of GravesÂ’ disease which presented with thymic hyperplasia, bilateral generalised lymphadenopathy and hypercalcaemia, along with other typical manifestations of hyperthyroidism.
